Noemic is for direct wagers between named people. A wager is a title, a subtitle if you want one, a side, and a resolve date. Noemic writes the terms that decide it, the same for every wager, so that no wager is tied to one way of measuring it and more people can take the other side. People can offer the other side of an open wager and the creator chooses one, or the creator can invite someone directly. Both approve the same version.
Exact terms
Noemic decides by the plain reading of the title, with the subtitle as the guide to what it means, on the public record at the resolve time. Edits create a new version that needs fresh approval. Results can be disputed before they are final.
A charity stake is an amount the loser gives to a charity the winner picks, directly on Every.org. Noemic links and records the gift and never holds the money.
Sources and privacy
Connected sources can inform recommendations within the scope you choose while preserving exact text and provenance.
Signing in with X connects your posts within the scope shown at sign-up. Recommendations come from the whole of your connected writing and name the themes they matched, never a single post.
On Sources & privacy, members can disconnect sources, revoke records, and revoke AI access.
